To Oliver Mauss, 1and1 CEO - A MESSAGE FROM AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER OF 1AND1 INTERNET


Mr. Oliver Mauss, 1and1 CEO,

I was 1and1.com customer for the last two years.

My account was in the name of my company.

Suddenly, after all this time, I saw in my e-mail (late) a message that I would be "violating" the rules and should update within 5 days my personal data.

I only saw this warning mail after this "term" (in my spam box). When I sent my personal data, for my surprise, my account and my 150 domains WERE CANCELED. "Simple" like this. Disrespectful like this. 

Without a message, a re-warning, I lost everything because one e-mail I didn't read.

That's how 1and1.com treats their customers??????????

I WANT MY 150 DOMAINS BACK, Mr. Oliver Mauss.

How I lost 150 domains at 1and1.com (WARNING!)





Hello! This is the first chapter in an unpleasant story.

I was 1and1.com customer for the last two years.

My account was in the name of my company.

Suddenly, after all this time, I saw in my e-mail (late) a message that I would be "violating" the rules and should update within 5 days my personal data.

I only saw this warning mail after this "term". When I sent my personal data, for my surprise, my account and my 150 domains WERE CANCELED. "Simple" like this. Disrespectful like this.
